Common Questions
Will it send messages without approval?
Not by default. The standard automation drafts the reply for review, so you can approve it before anything goes to a lead.
What if leads come from more than one place?
One clear lead source fits the standard automation. Multiple lead sources, routing rules, scoring or handoffs usually belong in a custom workflow build.
Will it send messy emails without me seeing?
No. The standard automation uses an 'Approval-First' model. It drafts the email and puts it in your Drafts folder (or sends you a button to approve it) before anything goes to a customer.
What CRMs do you support?
We typically integrate with tools that have open APIs or Zapier/Make support (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, etc).
Do I need to give you my password?
No. You should never send passwords. Access is handled through temporary users, restricted roles, OAuth connections or a supervised setup session.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Managed installs are remote. If a one-time admin action is needed, you will know exactly what access or approval is required during the setup call.
What if my tools do not support this?
UseAgents verifies the trigger, access and action path before confirming implementation. If your setup blocks the original path, the closest workable option is recommended before work begins.
Start with one automation.
Start with the app and library subscription. Install Daily Summary locally or request Managed Install when provider setup is part of the job.
